These terms govern your use of www.sugicrackers.com (“our website”) and your purchase of products from our website. You will also be bound by the Terms and Conditions of our service when you sign up to a plan.
By using our website, and by buying a product via our website you agree that you have read, understood and accepted these terms just as if you had actually signed a binding agreement to that effect.

In these terms ‘we’, ‘our’ and ‘us’ refer to www.sugicrackers.com and ‘you’ and ‘‘your’ refer to the customer.
Prices
You can find our product prices on our website. We will update them from time to time. All prices are in INR (Sri Lankan Rupee). You can also view the prices in USD (United States Dollar) by clicking on the currency converter.
Orders and Payment
Your order is an offer to enter into an agreement with us. No agreements are created until your order has been processed by us. We will give you an order confirmation notification immediately when you place the order. If the item is not in stock, we will send you either a receipt or a notice within 24 hours.
The payment should be paid in full when the order is placed.
Once we have confirmed your order, you are bound by it unless we tell you that the item is not in stock.
Delivery
Sri Lanka: If you place your order before 3.00 pm, we will dispatch it the next day. Orders after 3.00 pm will be dispatched two working days later.
India, UAE & Malaysia: Items will be delivered to the address you provide. Shipping cost is as shown on the website.
Ensure your delivery address is correct. If incorrect, we will resend the item but you must cover the courier fee.
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting the Helpdesk.
Shipping Charge
The shipping cost is as shown on the website and includes handling and packing fees. Each order is treated individually. Your package is dispatched at your own risk, but we take care to protect fragile items.
Our delivery partners: Local couriers in Sri Lanka, USPS (USA), Hermes (UK), India Post (other international).
Wholesale
Special delivery rates apply for wholesale customers. Our team will contact you for pricing discussions.
When Something is No Longer Available
If we can't supply a product, we will cancel your order and issue a refund. We are not liable for any further loss or damage.
Warranty and Returns Policy
For faulty or damaged products, you are entitled to the manufacturer’s warranty. Notify our Helpdesk and follow instructions for return. Items must be returned in original condition.
We may limit the number of returns accepted. If our service doesn’t suit you, we may advise you to seek alternatives.

Our website is our property and contains copyright materials, trademarks, and content you can only use for browsing and shopping.
Other Conditions and Warranties
